AeroGuard

Monitor air quality on new and existing systems

Easy installation

The AeroGuard Air Monitor is a compact device that can be mounted on a wall or placed on a surface. For added flexibility, it can be positioned on a tripod, allowing you to take readings at different locations throughout your workshop.

Monitor new or existing systems

AeroGuard units can be integrated into new systems to continuously monitor workplace health and safety. They can also be easily added to existing systems to track indoor air quality and provide real-time alerts if conditions change.

Data display and alerts

If a threshold exceeds predefined values or safe exposure limits, the AeroGuard device can automatically trigger an activation signal to an external system. For example, this signal can activate an alarm or send a notification.

Environmental awareness

This climate monitoring system is designed to offer crucial insights. With the free mobile app, users can
access real-time data on air quality in any given environment

Air quality for occupational health

The air we breathe has a significant impact on our well-being, with pollutants often accumulating to harmful levels without us noticing. From a health and safety perspective, monitoring air quality is essential. Regular assessment of the air in our environment is crucial to maintaining and ensuring safety and well-being.

Wide range of sensors

It measures particulate matter (PM1, PM2,5, PM4, PM10), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Temperature, Humidity, Sound, Atmospheric pressure, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). A unique feature of the AeroGuard is that it has, next to factory calibration settings, the opportunity to custom calibrate the dust sensor.

Monitor your workplace from anywhere:

The AeroGuard app is designed to provide real-time information about the quality of the indoor air. The app collects the data of all the sensors, so you can easily monitor the air quality from your mobile or tablet. Within the app, you’ll be able to access the gathered data whenever you want, over a period of time. The info can be accessed by a limited number of users. The app is available for iOS and Android.

Multiple AeroGuard devices can also be monitored through a dedicated web portal. The web portal is easily accessible through standard web browsers on both desktop computers and mobile devices. This web-based platform offers the same comprehensive information as the app, with unrestricted access to a complete repository of historical data, to contextualize the indoor air quality readings.

Operating conditions

  • USB type C power supply.
  • Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 2.4Ghz or Ethernet (RJ45).
  • Weight (net) 0.9kg.
  • Temperature 5 to 45 degrees Celsius.
  • Relative humidity maximum 90%.
  • Dimensions 130 x 130 x 215 mm.
  • Includes wall mount.

Traffic light alerts

Quick and easily understandable visual alerts of your air quality levels with a 360-degree LED ring with a simple setup of green, yellow and red level simply by just looking at the AeroGuard.

Which pollutants and climate factors does the AeroGuard measure?

  • PM1 (Particulate matter ≤ 1 micrometer)
  • PM2,5 (Particulate matter ≤ 2,5 micrometer)
  • PM4 (Particulate matter ≤ 4 micrometer)
  • PM10 (Particulate matter ≤ 10 micrometer)
  • Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)
  • Carbon dioxide (CO2)
  • Temperature
  • Humidity
  • Sound
  • Atmospheric pressure
  • Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Index

Flexible installation options:

The AeroGuard Air Monitor is a compact measuring tool that can be mounted on a wall or placed on a surface. For more flexibility you can place the air monitor on a tripod and do readings at various locations in your workshop. If you want to measure various locations over a longer period of time, multiple AeroGuard Air Monitors can be made visible in the AeroGuard App or web portal.

The AeroGuard can also be energy efficient and reactive to your environment and should a threshold value exceed a pre-defined value, AeroGuard can automatically initiate an activation signal to an external system. This signal can, for example, activate your HVAC system or a sound.
