CleanFlow Range

The CleanFlow Range dust and fume extraction systems offer continuous and progressive cleaning of filters while the extractor is operating. With a variety of fan size options to meet flow requirements, the CleanFlow range can be customised to meet your airflow demand levels and special requirements.

Micronair offers advanced pleated filter cartridges for dust and fume collectors, surpassing traditional filters in performance and longevity. Our range includes tapered, non-tapered, PTFE coated, and PTFE membrane options, tailored to meet diverse needs. These cartridges enhance the extraction systems efficiency, extend filter life, and reduce maintenance costs. Designed for easy installation, they ensure a cleaner environment and smoother operations.

Micronair’s filters provide industry leading filtration that can clean down to one micron which is 1,000th of a millimetre, making a significant impact on the health of workers, minimising their exposure to harmful airborne contaminants. Filters are enclosed to avoid the smallest of dust returning to the work environment.

Extraction units are built with heavy steel construction with powder coating that have proven to be superior and deliver a longer unit and filter life. Our specialist software performs on the connected machines to manage air flow and speed requirements to load balance the extractor.

Wheelie bin system ensures simple efficient waste collection and feature our ‘quick-lock’ release and replace system. This is based on location guides and an effective cam lock that takes the guess work out or bin alignment with the standard 240 litre bin.

Our efficient Rockwool lined industrial silencer is built in as a factory standard. The discharge direction can be customised to suite any site, connected to venting or exhaust, and is typically rated at 84dba at 3m. Boosted silencers are available.

Dumb bins for waste meet high volume requirements. Waste transfer systems provide continuous extraction to a remote transfer point for continuous operation.

Several options are available for the CleanFlow range including multiple motors or ground mounted fans, inlet silencer, choice of motor sizes, bin sizes and variable speed drives for efficient power usage.
