High Efficiency Cartridge

Built around a high efficiency cartridge with 0.3 micron filter capability (1/3000th of a
millimetre) the FumeFix has a huge 20m2 of filter area with purification efficiency up to 99.9%. This high efficiency and optimised design means outperforms many twin filter units with larger motors and reduces your energy and filter replacement costs.

Powerful Compact Design

The 1,200m3 per hour airflow comes via a high efficiency fan powered by a 0.75hp induction motor which you plug in to the nearest outlet for flexible positioning. FumeFix is easy to move via
two pull handles and glides on large lockable castors with a compact 610mm x 830mm footprint.

Easy Cleaning

The cartridge can be cleaned without opening the access door or removing it from the machine using the ‘reverse pulse’ system that connects to your compressed air supply. A sturdy steel ‘slide-out’ tray allows quick removal of any particle waste collected.

Flexible Hose Arm

The flexible hose collection arm rotates 360 degrees and is self-supporting, allowing you to position it close to the generation point for optimum fume removal. There is a choice of 2m or 3m.

Micronair’s filters provide industry leading filtration that can clean to a 99.9% efficiency for welding fume and dry granular dust, making a significant impact on the health of workers, minimising their exposure to harmful airborne contaminants.

Fumefix are a compact and portable product that features swivel casters with brake for convenient movement. This small portable fume and dust extractor has the 360-degree rotation suction arm can be unlimited positioning with various filter options available.
